What do you think? We have heard and seen so many explanations of the ultimate configuration of the property on the north side of the SPA Towers. Mostly, the appearance has been that of a lagoon. Ever since 2008, the lagoon was there. But the changes have been fascinating and sometimes believable. But that was then, and today is now. Preparation is underway to start laying the black rubberized liner. Then, it looks as though there will be a lagoon that extends from the Spatium area near the easterly tip of SPA Tower IV to the Punta Pool Area.
